Cabonne to get legal advice on next step in merger fight

In a press release just issued Cabonne Council says it will await further legal advice before determining the next step in its fight against a merger with Orange and Blayney after an appeal by Woollahra Council was dismissed today. Cabonne had been waiting for a judgment on the Woollahra appeal which it believed could have a critical bearing on Cabonne’s situation.
