What should go in one of the most famous windows in Molong?
As part of their committment to Molong and their hardware store on the corner of Bank Street – H Hardware are asking for community input into how to decorate the prominent art deco style window following a complete repaint of the building’s exterior.
Ideas are sought for the window on the right (above) over the next month. Nothing is ruled out of the question said Steve McMillan, Manager of H Hardware Molong. “Historic (or new) photos, art or objects or just an idea we can follow through on are all welcome.”
H Hardware will manage the fitting out – they are just looking for a good idea from the community. A $100 store voucher is on offer for the idea chosen.
So get your thinking caps on. The window is a prominent feature of the town and is passed by thousands of visitors. If you have a photo or photos to contribute Steve will scan and return them while you wait.
